Doug is a Director of CSA and has over 20 years experience as an organisational and business psychologist, working in both the UK and Australia. He has provided a range of organisational and talent management services to executives and senior managers within several Top 100 companies in the UK & Australia, including CEO succession planning, executive team development, leadership development programs, executive coaching, team coaching and identification of high-potential employees.
His key areas of expertise include:
