Doug is a Director of CSA and has over 20 years experience as an organisational and business psychologist, working in both the UK and Australia. He has provided a range of organisational and talent management services to executives and senior managers within several Top 100 companies in the UK & Australia, including CEO succession planning, executive team development, leadership development programs, executive coaching, team coaching and identification of high-potential employees. He is a committed research and has recently completed the largest ever study on the effects of strength based leadership coaching on transformational leadership.
His key areas of expertise include:
– identification and development of high potential employees
– design and delivery of assessment centres, from executives to graduate recruitment
– leadership & team development for executives and senior managers
– executive coaching using behavioural and evidence-based methodology
– design of innovative and evidence based leadership programs eg. positive leadership
