Just back from the Climate leadership conference in Chicago. Very inspiring to hear how corporates, NFP’s and NGO’s are leading the mitigation of climate change risks through setting aggressive goals in the reduction of GHG’s and the sourcing of clean energy. Companies like Microsoft, Biogen, Metlife and WSP leading the way on environmental responsibility and recognising the commercial and employee benefits of doing so.
There is an excellent new and very comprehensive meta-analytic study of the effectiveness of coaching in organisations by Grover & Furnham (2016). You can download it and read it for free at PLOS One
